**Covid-19/ Transmissible Illnesses- Health Information**

Having been an Army Medic/ HAZMAT Tech, I truly understand the risks and precautions of transmissible illnesses/ hazards and the importance of keeping and maintaining a clean treatment area/ environment. Having said that, due to the related contraindications for massage with those types of illnesses along with the close proximity over an extended period of time that receiving a massage entails, an appointment will need to be rescheduled/canceled with any of the following from either therapist or client:

-Tested positive for Covid-19 or been around anyone who has within the past two weeks

-Have a fever of 100 degrees or higher in the past 24 hours

-Having cold/flu like symptoms in the past week
